Very Quirky
Booked 2 nights for a museum weekend and we were lucky enough to get upgraded to the trash room. Very odd but very comfy. Huge bathroom with bath and a shower. We booked for breakfast but found out a cpl days before that restaurant closed. Had a continental delivered to our room, croissants, pastries, orange juice, yoghurt and tea/coffee. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.
Great hotel and fantastic service
Booked this hotel as a last minute getaway to London. What a great quirky hotel! We stayed in a deluxe double, and whilst compact we couldn’t fault it. Room was lovely and we had a little balcony. Bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was lovely too! Great powerful rainfall shower! And the thing that made the stay was the service! From when we arrived to when we left the staff were so helpful and attentive! Any request was sorted within minutes! We will definitely be back, and hopefully in a suite!
A gem of a hotel in South Kensington
What a great place this is, so different from the bland run of the mill hotels. Every part of the Hotel is so bizarre from the artificial grass lift to the individually themed bedrooms. The service of all the staff was excellent, never made to feel so welcome in a Hotel and to top it all brilliant location. Plenty of places to eat nearby and we found the rooms to be really quiet.
Ideal London Location
Once outside the hotel you'll find the best of London's shopping and cultural attractions. All within a ten-minute walk you will find the Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, Royal Albert Hall and Harrods.
